ENTREATY TO COMPEL

The Crown beseeches the Court to issue a Writ to Compel a representative from Staff to provide global chat logs surrounding the alleged incident on September 18, 2025. The Crown believes that these logs may contain evidence which may be exculpatory to the Defendant.

WRIT TO COMPEL
The Court has reviewed the Prosecution's Entreaty to Compel (#8). Plaintiff entreats the Court to compel staff to produce the global chat logs surrounding the alleged incident on September 18, 2025. The Court finds that these chat logs could potentially contain valuable evidence, either of exculpatory or inculpatory nature.

Accordingly,
Plaintiff's Entreaty to Compel has been GRANTED;
Staff is hereby compelled to produce the global chat logs from September 18, 2025 between at most 30 minutes before the alleged incident and 30 minutes after the alleged incident;
Plaintiff is hereby compelled to submit all documents or information produced from this request into evidence.

Note:
Staff may comply with any requests made to them up to their own discretion.

If, for whatever reason, they refuse to provide any information, there will be no recourse.

WRIT OF CONTINUANCE
The Court has reviewed the Prosecution's Entreaty for Continuance (#10). The Prosecution requests continuance due to the ongoing elections. The Court finds this to be a reasonable request, especially considering the Chancery's ruling on a similar request made in Rubilubi55 v. Crown, Case 13 (Ch. 2025) #25.

Accordingly,
Prosecution's Entreaty for Continuance has been GRANTED;

Proceedings are hereby postponed until the end of the October 2025 Parliament Elections.

Proceedings are hereby resuming, as the October 2025 Parliament Elections have now ended and a new government has been formed.

We will now continue with a further 24 hours of Discovery, after which Discovery will end. Discovery may be extended or ended early through the methods prescribed by the court rules and procedures. In line with the Writ of Compel in #9, the Plaintiff is expected to, before the end of Discovery, submit all documents or information produced from that request into evidence.

Cool story 🔥
@pricelessAgrari is hereby held in contempt for this filing that is out of order, not in line with the court rules and procedures, and that has disturbed the orderly conduct of this courtroom. They shall be fined £200 for this.

The Crown is hereby held in contempt for failing to comply with the Court's Writ to Compel and failing to notify the court entirely with regards to this, even when granted a Writ of Continuance. They shall be fined £1000 for this.

@Capt11543
The Prosecution shall have 24 hours to file a brief regarding whether or not they still wish to prosecute this case.
