Lawsuit: In Session The Crown v. LukeyyyMC_ & lucaaasserole, Case 19 (Mag. Ct., 2025)

Proceedings are hereby resuming, as the October 2025 Parliament Elections have now ended and a new government has been formed.
 
lukeyyyMC will be held in contempt for their filing (#40) that is out of order, not in line with the court rules and procedures, and that has disturbed the orderly conduct of this courtroom. They shall be fined £300 for this.

lucaaasserole will be held in contempt for their filing (#39) that is out of order, not in line with the court rules and procedures, and that has disturbed the orderly conduct of this courtroom. They shall be fined £400 and serve 10 minutes of jail time for this.

As to the Objection made in #41 it is unclear to the Court what Defendant lucaaasserole is objecting to, and the filing does not follow the Court Rules and Procedures. If the Defendant has a serious objection to make the Court ask the Defendant to refile this objection while clearly stating what they are objecting to and to give a thorough explanation of why they think that it was improper or unfair, in line with our Court Rules and Procedures

Jamestheslay will have bias since me and luca have had a bad past with him so I don't want him to be answering question since he will lie to try and make you give a not guilty verdict.

Denied. The Court does not currently see anything backing these allegations and does not find them a valid reason to deny Jamestheslay as witness.
