1. Jurisdiction
As an equal rights case, this case lies within the chancery's jurisdiction.

2. Parties
Applicants,
The General Public, whose rights have been infringed upon.

Respondents,
The Ministry of Welfare, the owner of the New Hamilton University.

3. Facts
1. The New Hamilton has two ways to ascend in elevation, that being via stairs or elevator.
2. People with a physical handicap, such as paralysis, may not be able to go up the stairs, so they are forced to use the elevator.
3. To use the elevator, you must jump.
4. If someone can't climb stairs, there is no reasonable assumption that they should be able to jump.
5. This mockery makes accessing education impossible.

4. Claims for Relief
1. A statement made by every Welfare Minister in charge since the building was officially opened apologizing for this act of hate.
2. An immediate change in how elevators work.
3. A donation of 2000 (Two thousand) Alexandrian Pounds to an equal rights group of their choice.

Prayer for Relief
I wish that we bring equal rights to all Alexandrians, not just bigots who think of nothing but themselves. It is an act of hate from the ministry that hurts the general public.

Writ of Injunction
Your Honor,
The Applicants wish to temporairly close the New Hamilton University, and therefore reason

The New Hamilton University is a bigoted school administration, blocking the handicapped from having the same right to education as a non-handicapped person. We want all people to have this right, so to ensure fairness, we wish to close it until the adjournment of this case.

IN THE CHANCERY OF
THE KINGDOM OF ALEXANDRIA

WRIT OF DISMISSAL

This court refuses to entertain this case for a number of reasons. To quote the honourable former Chancellor Smallfries - 'The matter before us is, quite frankly, ridiculous.'

The only reason this case finds itself in the Chancery is through an attempt to file it as a 'public interest' case, of which the applicant filed under the name 'The Public Interest'

General Court Rules and Procedures - Public Interest - 'A plaintiff seeking a declaration to contest a law must show that they are directly affected by it, or have a genuine interest as a citizen and there be no reasonable and effective alternative means to challenge the law. Public Interest cases may only be regarding the Constitution and may only be filed in the Chancery.'

The applicant in this case has failed to declare any law they are contesting, failed to show how they've been directly affected by such a law, failed to show they have a genuine interest while having no reasonable and effective means to challenge the law, and failed to indicate how this is in regards to the constitution.

The applicant citing no constitutional issue, fails to meet the most basic bar of entry for a filing in the Chancery. K.A Const. §III Art. 15 'The Chancery is the highest court of the nation, with exclusive jurisdiction over constitutional questions, including the interpretation and application of the Constitution, as well as disputed returns arising from elections, including challenges to election results and qualifications of elected members of Parliament.

The Chancery has appellate jurisdiction over all other matters from lower courts.'

This is all without addressing the fact that there are no 'physical handicap, such as paralysis' present within Alexandria -- And if there were to be, no evidence of it was filed, nor was any person(s) who would be afflicted named within the complaint.

This complaint is dismissed
