As if 09/24/25, IDBC has been acquired by PhillinDeBlanc through the purchase of JustLegendMilk's shares outlined in the agreement below.

As of July 2026 the IDBC has been purchased back by JustLegendMilk for 1,000/-

Article IV is amended to now reflect this following text.

The total number of shares of stock which the Corporation shall have authority to issue is 125,000 total,
consisting of two classes designated as follows:

Class of Stock: Preferred Stock
Number of Authorized Shares of Common Stock: 25,000
Par Value: One Shilling (£-/05) per share
Preferred Stock shall be entitled to one (1) whole vote per share.
Preferred Stock shall be entitled to between only 0.5 to 0.8 (50% to 80%) of the per-share dividend that a Common Stock share would be entitled to.

Class of Stock: Common Stock
Number of Authorized Shares of Common Stock: 100,000
Par Value: One Shilling (£-/05) per share
Common Stock shall be entitled to one-five-hundredths (0.05) vote(s) per share.
Common Stock shall be entitled to one whole per-share dividend.

As of September 2026 the IBDC has been acquired by Ayatha for £23,000 according to the agreement below.
