  1. Share Classes;

There will be one class of shares authorized and issued that will represent 100% equity in the Alexandrian Riggo Family Wealth Fund. This class will be class A shares which are entitled to voting rights and no dividend rights. There will be 100 issued class A shares each having one vote. The par value per share is £1. 100 class A shares will be assigned to RiggoSoft.
