Make It A Crime For Old Players To Conspire With A New Player To Own A cbd​
1 - About this Act
(1) This Act;
(a) May be cited as ‘The cbd Conspiracy Stoppage Act ’.
(b) May be numbered as P.B.##-### (to be assigned by the Office of the Speaker).
(c) Shall be enacted upon receiving assent from His Majesty the King.
(d) Has been authored by Member of Parliament hello1341.
(e) Has been co-sponsored by Member of Parliament TurtleDude247.

2 - Amendments to the Criminal Code Act
(1) Section 8 - Offenses Against Property and Commerce shall be amended in the following manner:
(20) Illegal CBD Rental – A player commits illegal CBD rental by placing a chest shop, or creating a company that owns a chest shop, on a plot beginning with "cbd" despite not being classified as a new player where the plot is clearly marked by a sign stating it is reserved for new players.

(a) Offense Type: Indictable
(b) Privately Prosecutable: No
(c) Maximum Penalty: Up to 5 penalty units per offending chest shop plus the revenue generated from such chest shops, up to 30 minutes imprisonment per offending chest shop, and removal of all offending chest shops.
(21) Illegal CBD Profit Generation - A player commits illegal CBD profit generation by privately giving a new player items to sell in exchange for any part of the revenue from the sold items provided in a lawfully owned a plot beginning with "cbd" where the plot is clearly marked with a new sign stating it is reserved for new players.
(a) Offense Type: Indictable
(b) Privately Prosecutable: No
(c) Maximum Penalty: Up to 50 penalty units plus the revenue generated from such transactions, up to 60 minutes imprisonment.

Parliament notes:
(1) Currently old players are using cbd's that are for new players by having new players granting old players permissions to build chest shops on new player cbd's

Based on this, Parliament decides:
(1) To make it a crime to ensure that only new players can use new player cbd's.

To fulfil this, Parliament projects the following expenses:
(1) None.

Further, Parliament projects the following administrative efforts:
(1) None.

To implement the above, Parliament passes:
