Bill: Rejected P.B. 06-016 | The Ban Flashbangs Act

Parliament notes:
(1) Users on the Statecraft Discord Server have sent screenshots of websites, such as Discords, while using light mode. This has heavily hurt people's eyesights for a few seconds, and is genuinely unbearable to look at.

Based on this, Parliament decides:
(1) To prohibit any person from knowingly posting within the official Statecraft Discord Server or any other affiliated Discord server, an image or screenshot showing a website or application displayed in a light mode theme.

To fulfil this, Parliament projects the following expenses:
(1) None.

Further, Parliament projects the following administrative efforts:
(1) None.

(1) This Act
(a) may be cited as ‘The Ban Flashbangs Act’ or ‘BFA’ for short.
(b) may be numbered as P.B.##-### (to be assigned by the Office of the Speaker).
(c) shall be enacted upon receiving assent from His Majesty the King.
(d) has been authored by Member of Parliament ComplexKing.
(e) has been co-sponsored by Leader of the Opposition MrNeighbor

2 - Amendments to the Criminal Code Act
(1) Section 10 - Offenses Against the State and Public Order shall be amended in the following manner:

(23) Posting Flashbang Content - A player is guilty of posting flashbang content if they knowingly post an image or screenshot in an official Alexandrian Discord server that depicts a website or application using a light theme.
