IN THE MAGISTRATES COURT OF ALEXANDRIA
Ruling on Writ of Continuance by the Defendant
The 48 hour extension to the second degree to the Entreaty to Compel Production is granted.
Accordingly, the Court ruling to Compel Production has been modified to end on the 26th of June 2025, 7.30pm UTC...
Given that snow_crp is unable to appear as a witness, all witnesses have replied to the questions posed. The Claimant has 48 hours to ask any further follow-up questions, or request the Court to close the Deposition.
Oh I see. I was told your deportation had ended but it appears otherwise. You shall be excused from the questioning, and the Court shall notify the Chancery about reversing the Contempt Charges.
The Court has noted your reason and you may appeal the Contempt charges to the Chancery if you wish, but please reply to the questions posed by the Claimant within 24 hours.
Given that it is severely past the deadline for witnesses to answer, Witness @CaseyLeFaye is held in Contempt, and shall be fined £100.
Additional contempt charges will be handed out if the witness fails to show up within 24 hours.
Given that witness @snow_crp failed to show up in Court after the warning and court order, the Court will charge them with a second Contempt of Court with a fine of £500.
Additional contempt charges will be handed out if this behaviour continues, along with potential criminal charges.
After reviewing the Entreaty, the Defendants do not actually have the two days that they have claimed, the Deadline for the Entreaty to Compel was on the 22nd of June, while Discovery originally was planned to end on the 25th of June.
The Court shall give the Defendants 24 hours to produce the...

Ruling on the Request for an Emergency Injunction by the Prosecution
After a review by the Court, the Prosecution has combined a Request for an Emergency Injunction and a Motion to Nolle Prosequi into one post, instead of just mislabelling...
Given that all Defendants have submitted their pleas, Discovery is now open for 72 hours (Until 26th of June 2025, 2.30am UTC), and either party may request an extension, which can be granted if both parties agree to the extension.
Since the prosecution Motions to Nolle Prosequi (stylised as an emergency injunction) on any charges alleged against FTLCEO (aka 12700k), the Court shall grant this request, and the Prosecution shall amend their case filing to remove any charges against FTLCEO.
The Court will not acknowledge the submission of this evidence as it falls outside of Discovery (which has not yet started), therefore please resubmit this evidence when Discovery is ongoing.
