Stop Redmont only companies from advertising in the Statecraft Discord and Minecraft Server​

1 - About this Act

(1) This Act​

(a) may be cited as ‘The Go Advertise on DemocracyCraft Act’ or ‘GADA’ for short.​

(b) may be numbered as P.B.##-### (to be assigned by the Office of the Speaker).​

(c) shall be enacted upon receiving assent from His Majesty the King.​

(d) has been authored by Member of Parliament ComplexKing.​

(e) has been co-sponsored by Member of Parliament MrNeighbor.​

2 - Amendments to the Criminal Code Act
(1) Section 10 - Offenses Against the State and Public Order shall be amended in the following manner:

(22) Flamboyant Promotion or Publicity - A player is guilty of Flamboyant Promotion or Publicity if they advertise a service or operation that does not exist within Alexandria, using the Statecraft Discord and/or Minecraft server to do so.

(a) Offense Type: Summary​

(b) Maximum Penalty: 5 Penalty Units fine​

Parliament notes:
(1) Companies based in Redmont, that run no operation inside of Alexandria, have been using the Statecraft Discord and/or Minecraft server to advertise themselves with no repercussions.

Based on this, Parliament decides:
(1) To ban any companies that do not provide any services to the people of Alexandria, from advertising in the Statecraft Discord and/or Minecraft server.

To fulfil this, Parliament projects the following expenses:
(1) None.

Further, Parliament projects the following administrative efforts:
(1) None.

To implement the above, Parliament passes:
