Why do you want this position?: I like counting votes and pinging people! I have enjoyed being an Electoral Officer in Redmont for a while, and there can never be enough elections, so I would be pretty excited to be an Electoral Registrar as well, as it would be more work to do and more potential votes to count. I also admittedly haven't been involved much with politics here, and I feel that being an Electoral Registrar will help me gain more insight into the current and changing landscape.

What skills or experience do you have that could be useful in this position?: Been doing a similar job for a while for Redmont, so I'd say I'm pretty experienced in similar positions. Can also learn new plugins or methods quickly if changes are made to the system. I also have a skill called "can be online if needed" to be available at required times, as long as I'm aware of it about 24 hours in advance. I'm also pretty good with Sheets/Excel, which may be useful for processing election data efficiently.
