The Chief of Staff is the most senior aide to the Prime Minister. The Chief of Staff acts purely at the direction of the Prime Minister and must be able to withhold any confidential information they hear or read whilst serving. The Chief of Staff works directly with the Deputy Prime Minister and other Ministers to issue public policy as directed by the Prime Minister. The Chief of Staff is responsible for security classifications and supporting the administration in various projects.

The Chief of Staff reports directly to the Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister. It is expected that publicly, the Chief of Staff will support government decisions.

-What are your strengths and weaknesses: My strengths would be that i’m a communicator, administrator and political operator. I have a wealth of experience in politics both online but especially IRL. I’ll be able to add another voice for advocacy but also one of reason. My weaknesses stem from my timezone however, I’m most active in the morning and evening which aligns with GMT and EST well.
-Why do you want this position: I want to be able to be apart of real tangible change in the government and assisting in its operations to ensure productivity and efficiency. This would include being able to whip votes for the PM and DPM’s policy, bills and acts but also in ensuring it goes smoothly without worry.
-Why are you the best applicant for this role: My wealth of experience IRL especially in a political system identical to the nation in which I live.
-Do you have any prior leadership experience: Not in Statecraft, no. However, amongst Virtual Democracies online I have a wealth of experience and have learned many valuable insights and lessons from.
-What government system are you most familiar with: I live IRL in a Constitutional Monarchy with a parliamentary system identical to Alexandria’s but I have a wealth of knowledge of Democratic republic systems such as the USA from immense study.
