Foreign Worker Fund Guidance (Feb 11th, 2026)
1.1 The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) shall manage the Foreign Worker Fund through a “MoFA account” in Redmont for the sole purpose of storing foreign funds.
1.2 The “MoFA Account” shall be withdrawn upon solely for the purpose of paying foreign workers who do work in Alexandria and wish to be paid in the form of Redmont Dollars.
1.3 The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall use private and public methods of foreign exchange and other legal methods of currency transfer to make sure the “MoFA Account” in Redmont has funds to pay foreign workers with.
1.4 The “MoFA Account” in Redmont shall not be used to exchange Redmont Dollars for Alexandrian Pounds.
2.1 Alexandrian businesses who wish to use the Foreign Worker Fund (FWF) must create a post in the #work-visa channel in the MoFA discord.
In this post they must state:
2.2 Work Visas will be approved or refused at the discretion of the MoFA.
Possible reasons for refusal include:
2.5 Alexandrian businesses who wish to use the FWF shall pay the MoFA the cost of the work + an additional 10% as a service fee.
3.1 Alexandrian business owners caught using the FWF in fraudulent ways shall be barred from using the FWF.
4.1 MoFA employees responsible for exchanging Alexandrian Pounds for Redmont Dollars shall only use funds appropriated for the FWF by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and shall log their transactions in #fwf-management.
4.2 MoFA employees who conduct foreign exchange shall not be reimbursed until they have logged the transaction in #fwf-management.

4.1 MoFA employees responsible for exchanging Alexandrian Pounds for Redmont Dollars shall only use funds appropriated for the FWF by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and shall log their transactions in #fwf-management.
- This log shall require elements showing the method of foreign exchange and the deposit of funds in the “MoFA Account”
4.2 MoFA employees who conduct foreign exchange shall not be reimbursed until they have logged the transaction in #fwf-management.
