Moves to Pass
The House of Lords Establishment Act
Parliament notes:
(1) there is no House of Lords
(2) parliament may not realize parts of bills that could be destructive
Based on this, Parliament decides:
(1) The monarch should appoint Lords within the coming days
To fulfil this, Parliament projects the following expenses:
(1) £200 to pay the lords
(2) £300 to the MoD to pay for the building of a House of Lords chamber
Further, Parliament projects the following administrative efforts

To implement the above, Parliament passes:

Amend the constitution to establish a house of lords​
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the ‘House of Lords Establishment Act’ or 'HOLE Act'.
(2) This Act may be numbered as P.B.##-###.(To be numbered by the office of speaker)
(3) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its assent by the queen.
(4) This Act is authored by MP JamesTheSlay.
(5) This Act is co-sponsored by MP ComplexKing.

2 - Amendments to the constitution
(1) Before section 1 a new section shall be added stating the following:
(a) There shall be 2 branches of parliament the House of Lords and House of Commons
(2) in section 5 there shall be added at the end:
(a) Lords will serve for 6 months
(b) Members of the house of lords will be appointed by the monarch on the advice of the prime minister
(c) Members of the house of lords will get bills immediately after they pass the house of commons and may vote on the following:
(i) amendments to a bill
(ii) other motions
(c) Members of the house of lords may not vote on the following
(i) the bill itself

3 - Duties of the MoD
(1) The MoD shall rebuild the Hearing chamber into a House of Lords chamber
