A BILL TO
Establish More Rights in the Constitution
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Alexandrian Rights Act’.
(2) This Act shall be numbered as P.B. 01-003
(3) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(4) This Act has been authored by Prime Minister Dartanboy.
(5) This Act has been sponsored by Prime Minister Dartanboy.
(6) This Act has been co-sponsored by Deputy Prime Minister Ethamn.
2 - Reasons
(1) The people of Alexandria deserve the right to protect themselves against criminals.
(2) The people of Alexandria deserve freedom to pursue wealth in a free market.
3 - Constitutional Amendments
The following will be added to Part V, Section 22:
14. Every citizen shall have the right to bear arms.
15. Every player shall have the right to buy and sell goods and services.
16. Every player shall have the right to establish commercial businesses.
