2- Reasons
(1) The original bill lacks sufficient language to define the nomination criteria for parliamentary consent for the Governor and Deputy Governor Positions.

3 - Amendment:
(1) The following amendments are enacted to A.P. 01-025 and are to read as follows:

"(a) The Governor and Deputy Governor shall be appointed by the Monarch, on advice from the Prime Minister, and confirmed by a two-thirds (2/3) supermajority vote of members voting in Parliament."
