Better Implement Voting Rewards​
1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act
(a) may be cited as ‘Server Voting Rewards Act’.
(b) may be numbered as P.B.04-014.
(c) shall be enacted upon being publicly assented to.
(d) has been authored by Minister of Foreign Affairs, PhillinDeBlanc.
(e) has been co-sponsored by Member of Parliament, Capt11543 and Member of Parliament, ConsequencesInc


2 - Repeals
(1) A.P. 01-021 ECONOMY Act shall be repealed in its entirety.

3 - Definitions
(a) Server Vote: The action of voting for the Statecraft server on any of the links on the Vote page.

4 - Voting Rewards
(1) Players shall be given a minimum of £6 per server vote cast.

(2)Players shall also be given one (1) "Vote Key" per server vote cast;
(a) to a maximum of ten (10) Vote Keys per day.
(b) Vote keys shall be able to open the “Vote Crate” found near spawn.

(3) The Vote Crate shall give rewards at random based on a loot table.
(a) The Vote Crate loot table may be changed by the Minister of Trade and Finance.

(4) Monetary awards given to players from voting shall be considered “new tender” minted by the Alexandrian Monetary Bureau;
(a) The Alexandrian Monetary Bureau shall be granted the power to make changes to the amount of money granted by votes.

5 - Statutory Instruments
(1) Pursuant to P.B. 03-006 | Statutory Instruments Act, this act grants the power to the Ministry of Trade and Finance to create a Statutory Instrument to administer changes to §4 of this act.

6 - Severability
(1) The provisions of this act are severable. Should one part of it be declared unconstitutional, it shall not affect the parts which remain.

Parliament notes:
(1) The ECONOMY Act, passed by SKP head honcho and autocrat, Dartanboy, is a stain on Alexandria’s legacy. This act shall be jettisoned to the gutter whence it came. Furthermore, it would be a good idea for us to clarify what voting rewards are and where the money awarded by voting comes from. This will give tighter control of monetary policy to the Alexandrian Monetary Bureau.

Based on this, Parliament decides:
(1) To BANISH the ECONOMY Act into the abyss and clarify voting rewards.

To fulfill this, Parliament projects the following expenses:
(1) None.

Further, Parliament projects the following administrative efforts:
(1) None.
