Labour/Public Servants
Through Their MP Capt11543
Moves To Pass
The Drop Box Service Act

Parliament notes:
(1) Commerce in Alexandria often takes the form of two players making simple transactions between themselves: money for items.
(2) Currently, to receive goods that they have purchased, a buyer must either be online at the same time as the seller, or have space to place a drop box.
(3) The government can provide space to place a drop box to new or economically vulnerable players.

Based on this, Parliament decides:
(1) To facilitate easier player-to-player trade in Alexandria.
(2) To establish a program to provide space for players to place drop boxes.

To fulfil this, Parliament projects the following expenses:
(1) Potential land acquisition and construction costs--these may be significant.
(2) Operational costs including paying employees to maintain the program.

Further, Parliament projects the following administrative efforts:
(1) Construction of the space--this may be significant.
(2) Implementation of the service, including land regioning, and promulgation of policy.
(3) Operational efforts including user support.

To implement the above, Parliament passes:

MOTION TO REVOTE
Parliament considered a motion to hold a revote on passage for this bill, as the original vote was contested on procedural grounds.

Author: Capt11543
Floor Speech:
I can't believe I've put this off this long Mr. Speaker, but if we are holding a revote on the AJRA then we might as well revote on the Drop Box Service Act.
I therefore move to hold a revote on the Drop Box Service Act.
