Authorize The Ministry of Internal Affairs To Hold A Referendum That Was Supposed To Happen More Than 20 Days Ago And To Amend The Government Organization Act​

1 - About this Act
(1) This Act
(a) may be cited as the ‘Hold A Referendum Act’.
(b) may be numbered as P.B.##-### (to be assigned by the Office of the Speaker).
(c) shall be enacted immediately upon receiving assent from His Majesty the King.
(d) has been authored by Member of Parliament hello1341
(e) has been co-sponsored by Member of Parliament ComplexKing
2 - Amendments to the Government Organization Act
(1) Section 26 of the Government Organization Act is amended in the following manner:
(3) Once 15 signatures are met, the Ministry of Internal Affairs Parliament is obligated to hold a Referendum on the contents of the petition within 3 days, unless the petition revolves around a matter
(a) which is beyond the powers of the Government, as set forth by the Constitution or Acts of Parliament,
(b) relating to criminal investigations or proceedings,
(c) relating to judicial proceedings,
(d) relating to a player’s employment with the Government or,
(e) of foreign relations.

3 - Referendum
(1) The Ministry of Internal Affairs is delegated the authority to hold a referendum in accordance with the newly amended Government Organization Act on all pending petitions that require a referendum.
