Allow the MOIA to create custom items for event winners​

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act
(a) may be cited as the 'Custom Item Authorization Act'.
(b) may be numbered P.B. 07-003.
(c) shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(d) has been authored by Member of Parliament hello1341.
(e) has been co-sponsored by Deputy Prime Minister Nimq_.

2 - Amendments to the Government Organization Act


"14 - Ministry of Internal Affairs

(1) The Ministry of Internal Affairs (the "MOIA"), headed by the Minister of Internal Affairs, shall be charged with internal auditing of government ministries, the enforcement of all election laws, event coordination, and government oversight. The Minister of Internal Affairs shall have the power to:
(a) audit other Government Ministries and determine whether they are continuing to act within the scope of their duties under this act and as prescribed by law;
(b) maintain political party registration as prescribed by law;
(c) facilitate of National elections;
(d) organize and host community events;
(e) manage and facilitate national holidays
(f) mint items for event use; and
(g)
create policy to enforce these provisions or any other power as prescribed by law; and
(h) create and give custom items to event winners.
"
