Increase The Statue of Limitations On All Criminal Offenses​

1 - About this Act
(1) This Act
(a) may be cited as ‘Statue of Limitations Increase Act’.
(b) may be numbered as P.B. 07-005 (to be assigned by the Office of the Speaker).
(c) shall be enacted upon receiving assent from His Majesty the King.
(d) has been authored by Member of Parliament hello1341
(e) has been co-sponsored by Deputy Prime Minister Nimq_

2 - Amendments to the Statute of Limitations Act
(1) Section 4 - Limitations Placed on Prosecution shall be edited in the following manner:
"
4 - Limitations Placed on Prosecution

(1) A peace officer shall be allowed to pursue criminal charges for all Summary Offenses for thirty ninety days after the initial overt act pursued in the commission of that crime.
(2) A peace officer shall be allowed to pursue criminal charges for all Indictable Offenses for sixty one hundred twenty days after the initial overt act pursued in the commission of that crime."
