Parliament Clerk EOI

Howdy! The office of the speaker is currently looking for a clerk to help serve the first session of parliament.

Your primary duties would be
1. Keeping track of legislation and the stages of the legislative process
2. Opening and Closing comment/debate/etc.
3. Assisting in ensuring accessibility in information
4. Assisting in general recordkeeping duties

JOB REQUIREMENTS​

-Must be an active player of Statecraft
–You need to have and be available on Discord
-You must be able to show why you are best suited for the position
-Must have clear communication skills
-Must be able to regularly support the Office of Speaker

Strengths: Immense experience, organizational skills, a good work ethic, Discord availability, governmental knowledge, formatting expert.
Weaknesses: I have a big trip coming up and won't be available for around 2 weeks but after that I don't have anything, I am also not the most active in-game player.

-Why do you want this position:
I want to ensure the efficiency of Parliament. No offense to the MPs and Speaker, but this term feels like it has moved very slow. I have given advice to the Speaker in the past and I am always willing to help out when needed.

-Why are you the best applicant for this role:
I have so much experience and knowledge with this position. I served as Speaker of House, x2 Deputy Speaker of the House, President of the Senate, Deputy President of the Senate, x3 Congressional Clerk, x6 Representative, and x2 Senator in Redmont, and I served as the first Interim Acting Speaker of Parliament in Alexandria. I am active on discord and regularly check all channels, whether I am pinged or not.

= Profoundly Unemployed (Lots of free time)
= Good ability at summarizing long pieces of texts, making key points etc.
= Pretty good at organizing and making timelines

WEAKNESSES:
= I'm kinda impatient
= Big fan of punctuality to the point of probably being annoying

= The government's functions have been profoundly constipated. For the sake of the whole server I just want to do this to get things along.
