Move to Pass
The Office Titles Resolution

Parliament notes:
(1) There is no clear standard which Offices—if any—bear titles and how these titles are to be used.
(2) Based on the UK, some attempts were made to use titles like "MP".

Based on this, Parliament decides:
(1) To give clear titles and to offices in the

(a) Judiciary—
(i) Magistrate;
(ii) Chancellor; and
(iii) High Chancellor—;
(b) Legislative—
(i) Speaker;
(ii) Deputy Speaker; and
(iii) the suffix MP—; and
(c) Executive—
(i) Prime Minister;
(ii) Deputy Prime Minister;
(iii) Minister;
(iv) Secretary; and
(v) Ambassador.
(2) To establish the prefix Right Honourable (Rt. Hon.) observing the principles of the Privy Council for the following offices:
(a) Chancellor and High Chancellor;
(b) Speaker, Deputy Speaker and Leader of the Opposition; and
(c) Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister.
(3) To establish the Title suffix extra officium (e.o.) to honour past services to the community.

Moreover, Parliament wishes to express the following additional thoughts:
(1) While the Leader of the Opposition is not a title in itself, it still is a qualification to be referred to with Right Honourable in accordance with British Custom, where the Leader of the Opposition sits on the Privy Council.
(2) Members of the Privy Council usually remain until their death but this may fairly quickly lead to most of the player base being referred to with Right Honourable at current player counts. Therefore, the prefix Right Honourable is only applicable for those currently holding an office.
(3) Members of Parliament are not eligible for the suffix extra officium as their position is considered to be based solely on winning an election and therefore does not directly express a qualification like with appointed offices.

To set precedent for the above, Parliament passes:
