Why do you want this position?: As defined, the Researcher:
- Manage Job Guides and Job Exams, ensuring they're up to date and correct
As the job system continues to change and successive governments implement their plans to improve it, I, as someone who frequently changes jobs, wants to make sure that the Job Guides are well-defined and the exams are fair. Not necessarily easy or difficult in either sense, but that the answers to said exam are inferable from the guide.
What skills or experience do you have that could be useful in this position?: Assuming that the management of the Job Guide and Exams are the 'primary' task, my skills include: Having a job, having taken the exams, and having read the Job Guides (on the other wiki).
