Why do you want this position?: I want this position for the following reasons:
1. Engagement with the Community. I want to engage more with the community, as the community is most active in Elections, it is obvious to want to work there.
2. Math Nerd. Yes, I am a huge math and especially statistics nerd. I want to engage with numbers and complicated systems/plugins, another reason to work for the MoIA.
3. Ambition. I want to use this position to eventually reach higher MoIA roles, but I believe I will be worth nothing in those high positions, if I've not worked in all aspects of the MoIA, and this is the first (and my favourite) one.

What skills or experience do you have that could be useful in this position?: I believe my following skillscould be useful here:

1. Being able to work in a team. In my many jobs here, on DC and in other sims, I've had to work in a team more often than I can count. The Speakers Office, Government Departments or Ministries, Private Companies, the Staff Team, etc. I have worked in all ranks of a team, including normal employee, leadership, middle management and more.

2. Being a statistics nerd could be quite useful here. I have a good understanding of election systems, the SC Election System is even used in my home country.

3. Experience. I have also adjudicated elections in the past (on other RP, though not Minecraft, servers), so I know the required standards (e. g. Voter Secrecy, Random Elimination, etc.)

4. Fast Learning. I am a fast learner, which would result in me probably understanding the plugin after instruction and just a few questions.
