RaiTheGuy on May 7th, 2025, killed several players in order to obtain their heads. In doing so, he used his position as a detective in order to hide and destroy evidence of his crimes.

II. Facts -
1. On May 7th, 2025, at around 2:30 pm, RaiTheGuy and M4TT committed several murders. P-001; P-003; P-004.
2. The stated purpose of these murders was to obtain heads of players. P-002.
3. In order to prevent himself from getting caught, RaiTheGuy purposefully hid and dropped cases alongside his friend M4TT. P-005; P-006; P-007.

III. Argument -
1. By deleting the clues, RaiTheGuy purposefully hid his crimes and abused or attempting to abuse a government position for a private gain, where the action is inconsistent with the official duty of the position. This constitutes Corruption.

The Court has reviewed the Criminal Complaint filed by the Prosecution (#1).
The Crown in this prosecution is attempting to charge the Defendant with one count of Corruption under the now repealed Alexandrian Criminal Code. Under this criminal code, corruption is a Felony (Alexandrian Criminal Code, §8.(1).(a)) for which a peace officer is allowed to pursue criminal charges for one month after the initial overt act pursued in the commission of that crime (Statute of Limitations Act, §4.(2)). The Prosecution alleges that the initial overt act in the commission of the Felony was pursued on May 7th, 2025. This Criminal Complaint in which a peace officer is attempting to pursue criminal charges for this crime was filed on July 8th, 2025. As there is more than a month between May 7th, 2025 and July 8th, 2025, the Prosecution is not allowed to pursue this criminal charge.
