The Secretary of Foreign Affairs, is tasked with helping the Minister of Foreign affairs run the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and help execute the decisions regarding foreign affairs and citizenship among other things tasked by the Minister of Foreign Affairs. There are 2 available positions, namely the Ambassador General and the Field Marshal.

- What are your strengths and weaknesses: I am a huge perfectionist, I additionally am good in comunicating. Especially the last thing is important for ongoing and future communications to foreign nations, I like documenting and keeping track of things. As one of my weaknesses I would count my missing patience. I do often stress myself because of this and do really have a problem waiting.

- Why do you want this position: I like Alexandria. I like Redmont. I like communication. I think Secretary of Foreign Affairs would be the perfect fit for me. I want to contribute and make the Redmont-Alexandrian relations productive and on a diplomatic basis.

- Why are you the best applicant for this role: I would not say I am the best one here, "best" is subjectivly. I think I can be a great addition to the existing relations to other nations, I have experience with communications and documenting and want to make sure that Alexandria will be professionally represented to foreign nations. I do also have one-day experience as an Ambassador.

What are your strengths and weaknesses:
I see myself as someone who is knowledgeable about the land, its peoples, and its laws. I have the nation's interest at heart and also have influcence and connections in Redmont.

As far as weaknesses, I don't see any that would prohibit me from doing the job at a high level. Sometimes family items come up IRL but it has not affected my work.

Why do you want this position:
This position is extremely important. How we treat not only our allies, but our adversaries as well, is something that not everyone should do. I look to ensure that our nation is in the best position to succeed, and that we let the world know that Alexandria is not some budding nation, but has blossomed.

Why are you the best applicant for this role:
My influence, not only in Alexandria but also in Redmont, make me uniquely qualified for this role. Additionally I am an elder statesman of this nation and am able to hear the citizens and their needs. Being able to push countries into helping the needs of our nation is something I think I will be able to facilitate nicely.

I do. I have led teams politically, within the legislature, and within the Executive.

My record as a statesman speaks to this. I am capable to work and communicate as apart of a team.

Position seeking: Field Marshal

strengths & weaknesses:
I am a disciplined guy with patience and experience when it comes to warfare. As an RTS enthusiast I have the needed experience when a conflict is inevitable. The only weakness I could imagine I have is my inexperince when it comes to the procedures of the political game, which is why I am applying for field marshal and not ambassador.

Why I want this position:
I want to bring myself in more than I did before. And how could I do this better than in a position that is suited for me. And in the case of war I dont want to be commanded by some parliamentarian, when I could have this position.

Why I´m the best:
I have experience in strategy and battle tactics, I have spend thousands of hours of my life playing Minecraft PVP on various servers and share a timezone with my minister, which can be helpful when a quick decision is needed. Furthermore I am capable of organising troops and goods as RTS games have tought me many hours of my life.

I am able to communicate effectively and efficiently with my coworkers as long as they return the respect I show them.

What are your strengths and weaknesses:

Strengths:
Detail-oriented: I'm very much someone who can spot tiny, minute details that might make the difference between success and failure.
Tactical: I'm capable of coming up with unorthodox strategies to trick, deceive, or overwhelm our foes.
Triage mindset: I believe our nation is faced with a lot of problems. I'm someone who is capable of triaging these issues, figuring out the most important ones to solve, in order to quickly improve our battle-readiness.

Weaknesses:
ADHD: I have periods where it is extremely difficult to focus.
Sickly: Currently, I'm getting sick on a fairly frequent basis. Hoping to offset this with smart, necessary delegation of responsibilities.

Why do you want this position: I love Alexandria. I am proud to serve this nation, and to do my part in making it the greatest nation imaginable. Ever since the brutal attack on our dignitaries during their visit to Redmont, I am more fearful than ever of potential threats that would seek to exploit our fledgling existence. Alexandria needs protecting, and I am well-placed to offer such protection.

Why are you the best applicant for this role: I believe I am well-versed in current and future threats pointed toward our nation, and I have a strong understanding of our current limitations in the theater of war. I also believe I have the necessary solutions to deliver us victory.

Do you have any prior leadership experience: IRL, I've often had to lead a team on various projects. Otherwise on MCN servers, I've taken several leadership roles, notably serving as a Judge on DemocracyCraft.

Are you able to effectively work and communicate with a team: Not only am I able, but I firmly believe that such a position requires an ability to work within a team. The power a Field Marshal can wield is significant, and only the most responsible and trustworthy individuals should seek this position.
