As defined in the Alexandrian Electoral Act, pursuant to the Constitution, a candidate for a party must fulfil the following requirements:
(a) Be a citizen of the Kingdom of Alexandria.
(b) Have at least 6 hours (6h) of playtime logged within the past 30 days (30d).
(c) Have logged on within the last 7 days (7d).
(d) Not be convicted of any crime, or otherwise subject to any legal penalty, which would bar said individual from serving in Parliament.
(e) Hold a valid passport issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.


In accordance with the Alexandrian Electoral Act, pursuant to the Constitution, in order for a vote to be considered valid, the player must satisfy the following requirement:
(a) Be a citizen of the Kingdom of Alexandria.
(b) Have at least 4 hours (4h) of playtime logged within the past 30 days (30d).
(c) Hold a valid passport issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The Submission period will end on the 20th June, 2026; at 23:15 UTC.
The five-day Submission period will be followed by a three-day Voting period.

RULE OF LAW
Alexandria needs a Government defined by activity, integrity, and competence. We need candidates willing to praise it when it succeeds and speak out against it when it falls short. Our server has undergone radical change, and our circumstances demand leadership capable of responding with equally radical action. In this process, we cannot sacrifice basic democratic norms.

THE MONARCHY
Maintaining a Monarchy is essential to the core appeal of our Kingdom and server. Alexandria needs its own unique aesthetic, and I will unconditionally and fervently support the existence of a ceremonial head of state. At heart, we are a political roleplay server, and real political power must remain accountable to the people. I will safeguard a constitutional framework that curbs the arbitrary exercise of political power. A system designed to confer political power to the Monarch will only put Parliament and the Monarchy at enmity with one another, reducing progress.

ECONOMIC DEMOCRACY
Our server operates in a manner that puts the Government at the forefront of all economic matters. It is difficult for enterprise to succeed under such conditions. Reform is necessary, but the conquest of democracy in the economic sphere should not take place in such a manner that consolidates power in the state. I will fight for public grants that reward credible commitments to employment and worker self-governance.

ACTIVITY
My political involvement began in August in response to the failure of the SKP government to meaningfully contribute to the in-game state of the server. The mark of a good leader in Alexandria is not the ability to drag victims against their interests toward outcomes they do not support, but the willingness to get your hands dirty and invest your own time directly into in-game efforts. Activity confined to the legislative or administrative sphere, as we have seen repeatedly, does not produce real in-game results. Grand visions for the server's future are necessary, but they must be grounded in their tangible effects. Our policy should reflect what best yields those results.

This is the Manifesto for Alliance 25 / The Greens for Alexandria. It will outline the core values pursued by our party.
The Greens base their political work on freedom, the freedom to be able. Understanding this, we try to give people options and impede others from taking options from another.
Freedom is a gift and we should treat it as such, but we should not take it away from those to come. We should not live on the cost of the future.
Understanding this, we, the Greens, commit to a program of sustainability and equality, trying to achieve a worthwhile and free life for all.
A worthwhile life must include the ability to choose freely about occupation unlimited by economic constraints. We therefore strive for a Universal Basic Income and a strong Welfare State. All healthcare shall be free, as health issues can severely impeach on someone's freedom. Housing shall be available to all, so they can have the security of a home, unconstrained by income. People shall not need to be homeless.
For a life to be worthwhile, we see it as a necessity that it is also filled with beauty and creativity. In recognition of this, we want to create a city that is not only functional, but also a place for humans, with recognisable and nice neighbourhoods.
We want to create Alexandria on a basis of Sustainability and forward thinking. To achieve any form of prosperous economy for the benefit of all citizens, so that a strong welfare state has money to spend and the government can further support quality public infrastructure, green cities, quality education and maximal personal freedom in all other aspects, long term thinking is required. We cannot act only looking at the now, without considering long term consequences.
The goal must be freedom for all, not freedom for the higher, so equality is a must. We therefore seek a social market economy that helps those in need, while the burdens required to be placed on citizens, so the state may function, are carried more by those who have enough. We therefore seek progressive income, welfare and property taxes, while abstaining from a sales tax on food and other necessities. Luxury goods and those goods that may cause additional spending for the state (e.g. alcohol) may have a sales tax. We abstain from a general Sales Tax, unless the budget demands it.
No debt in the budget does not mean, no debt is made. It is simply made in the infrastructure and other public services. While we do not wish to take debt, we recognise the importance of not shy away from it when necessary.
The Greens advocate for green spaces and buildings, with lots of natural light. We want to promote human oriented architecture. We promote a minimum area and volume for Apartments. To fight a housing crisis, the Greens promote social housing and high density zoning especially in the context of transit oriented development.
The Greens commit to a democratic and equal structure of the party.
If we keep to our goals, we sincerely believe we can create something on the basis of Democracy, Responsibility, Dignity, Equality and Liberty. And if we keep to this, Alexandria will flourish.

ANP Core Campaign Promises​

A. National Development​

• Fully complete Alexandria’s public works.
• Release the CBDs, fix all roads, and end floating buildings permanently.
• Complete the Judiciary, Royal Palaces and the Ministries, with 25k allocated for guaranteed completion.

B. Economic Revival​

• Partner with businesses to create new economic hubs with new opportunities to earn money.
• Government-issued custom GPS names for businesses, for a price.
• Launch an in-game Tender Program through MOD and MOTF immediately.

Fighting for a Cultural Renaissance

The Monarch stands at the heart of Alexandrian culture. While governments change and political parties rise and fall, the Monarch serves as a symbol of continuity, tradition, and national unity. Our cultural identity begins with embracing the Monarchy and fostering a Cultural Renaissance! This can be done by developing land into noble estates, holding themed events, expanding titles, and creating holidays, all with the Monarchy involved. Titles should actually mean something!

Strengthening the Monarch

The Monarchy provides a permanent institution that stands above partisan politics and represents the nation as a whole, yet the Monarch is forced by the constitution to remain apolitical. We support reforms of the constitution to allow the Monarch to be more than just a ceremonial figurehead but a strong advisor and non-partisan. This involves allowing him to hold some political influence for the betterment of our nation and being a check on Parliament.

More Public and Cultural Spaces

Similar to what is mentioned in "Fighting for a Cultural Renaissance," we seek to build out the map by creating more public development projects that will make Alexandria feel less empty, give land purpose, and stimulate economic growth. Besides just building more, we also seek to build more spread out, allowing for lower-density neighborhoods that have both greenery and plots.

Bringing back hope in the Alexandrian Parliament as an INDEPENDENT Member and having a fighting chance for Minister of Internal Affairs.

For a year now Parliament seems to be in a state of unprofessionalism, many political parties favour fighting each other rather than instilling hope to the Alexandrian Citizens that they will do something, 9 times out of 10 they do not. Running for Parliamentary Membership as an Independent, I, along with my other fellow Independent Members, will instill a Parliamentary System where everyone, no matter who they are, will do their part and legislate laws that will benefit our people indefinitely and to ensure a peaceful environment. I will vote based on the people's preferences and I will *try* to legislate based on what is right, not easy.

And with this Parliamentary Membership I will also have a fighting chance on becoming the next Minister of Internal Affairs in the next Government. Although this is not the place to talk about it, I will ensure good events, systematic change to the Ombudsman and Electoral Offices, and overall increasing the people's will to play on this server.

Unlike some politicians, I will uphold the responsibilities and duties of being a Member of Parliament, so help me God.
