Tangentially, the Court is referring to Writs... which don't exist? There is no such writ to reconsider, ergo I could not have made any entreaties of such. As such I will be pushing through an Entreaty of Recusal, as the current justice in charge of handling this is simultaneously showing incredible amounts of favouritism as well as asserting blatant falsehoods which do not comply with reality.

If you insist on continuing this tirade the court will hold you in contempt.

ENTREATY FOR CONTINUANCE

The Ministry of Justice does not presently have counsel that it can assign to this case which it can guarantee will still represent the Ministry following this upcoming election. Prematurely assigning counsel at this time risks further disruption and delay, especially after the potential appointment of a new Minister. This continuance will allow the Ministry to adopt a consistent legal strategy of their choice.

Accordingly, the Crown respectfully requests a continuance lasting until the next government is formed.
