Lawsuit: Pending Ayatha v. The Crown, Case 15 (Ch. 2025)

Tangentially, the Court is referring to Writs... which don't exist? There is no such writ to reconsider, ergo I could not have made any entreaties of such. As such I will be pushing through an Entreaty of Recusal, as the current justice in charge of handling this is simultaneously showing incredible amounts of favouritism as well as asserting blatant falsehoods which do not comply with reality.

If you insist on continuing this tirade the court will hold you in contempt.
Move on, the court has made its ruling.

Discovery is still open, deadline persists.​
