Pastes

The Ministry of Development shall have the sole power to paste, use creative mode, or use other means of spawning items, blocks, or materials for all public and private pastes.

1. Public Pastes:Public pastes are pastes that are placed on a plot or in an area that is not privately owned.
   1. The Ministry of Development shall be required to source 100% of the materials used within public pastes.
   2. The Ministry of Development may issue a public tender to source the materials.
   3. Temporary structures for events that are set to be deleted within 30 days shall be exempt from this provision.
2. Private Pastes:Private pastes are pastes that are placed on a plot that is privately owned.
   1. The minimum material requirement for private pastes shall be 100% of the materials used within the structure.
   2. The Ministry of Development may subsidise up to 50% of the materials used through various means.
      1. The Ministry of Development may ‘utilize’ blocks sold to NPCs. These blocks shall only cover up to half of the materials subsidized by the MoD.
      2. The Ministry of Development may utilize Requests for Tenders to cover the remaining portion of materials subsidized by the MoD.
      3. The Ministry of Development shall manage all administrative aspects of private pastes.
         1. The processing fee for private pastes shall be set at £150.
   3. Paste applications are to be completed on the forums and must follow the format in Appendix E. The MoD has discretion over the approval of these requests.
