Regulate the usage of funds for political purposes​

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Party Corporation Act.'
(2) This Act may be numbered as P.B.00-003.
(3) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(4) This Act has been authored by Minister winterwolf.
(5) This Act has been cosponsored by Prime Minister Casualgrayknight.

2 - Reasons
(1) To handle campaign funds for political parties
(2) To regulate the usage of campaign funds

3 - Definitions
(1) A ‘party corporation’ is “An in game business which exists purely for a political party”

4 - Party Corporation Usage
(1) A party corporation can be used for bidding for campaign advertisements.

(2) Paying legal services for lawsuits against the party.

(3) Campaigns and rallies.

5 - Party Corporation Donations
(1) Any player can freely donate to a party corporation.

(2) Party members are not required to donate to a party corporation to maintain membership status and candidacy for Parliament.

6 - Party Corporation Limitations
(1) A party corporation cannot have any employees aside from the Party Secretary, who would be the proprietor.

(2) A party corporation can only be associated with one political party.

(3) A party corporation CANNOT have any chestshops and must be listed on the Party Discord.

7 - Purchasing Campaign Advertisements
(1) Only party corporations can be used to finance bidding for Campaign Advertisements.

(2) A player can bid for Campaign Advertisements on behalf of the party as long as:
(a) They are the Party Secretary themselves or have received permission to bid on behalf of the Party Secretary.

1 - About this Act
(1) This Act:

(a) may be cited as the Party Corporation Expansion Act.
(b) may be numbered as P.B.02-008. (to be decided by the Office of the Speaker)​
(c) shall be enacted immediately upon receiving assent from Her Majesty the Queen.​
(d) has been authored by Deputy Prime Minister Capt11543.​
(e) has been co-sponsored by Minister of Internal Affairs MrRoyaltys.​

2 - Repeals
(1) The Party Corporation Act is hereby repealed.
