1 - Short Title
This Act may be cited as the Battles and Wars Roleplay Act
This Act is sponsored by Thritystone and Co-sponsored by Bloodyrebals

2 - Reasons
  1. Staff has informed players on State Craft that the rules for War and battle roleplay must be set by the government​
  2. Wars, Battles, and Conflict Roleplay would generate significant interest, stimulate the economy, and bring about the associated benefits of war.​
  3. Because there is great interest in the community for more PvP-related events,​
3 - Organizing Entity:

  1. The Ministry of Internal Affairs shall manage any War, Battle, or Conflict Events and may create the policies and processes for such events
  2. A player may not be held criminally liable for conduct that substantially occurred during an event if that conduct was in furtherance of the goals or spirit of that event as defined by staff or the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
  3. The Ministry of Internal Affairs is empowered to issue appropriate Fines for players who intentionally disrupt events. The Ministry of Affairs must promulgate internal rules and policies prior to issuing fines or any other form of punishment. These fines are to be considered civil penalties, and are not to be considered criminal in nature.
  4. With the consent of the Ministry of Development, the Ministry of Internal Affairs may assist in setting up decorations or set backgrounds within the city of Alexandria.

  2. Players engaged in PVP during Ministry of Internal Affairs Events shall not be considered criminals for purposes under the Criminal Code.
