Amend the NPC Project Act​

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act
(a) may be cited as the 'NPC Project Amendment Act'.
(b) may be numbered P.B. 06-XXX.
(c) shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(d) has been authored by Prime Minister McBrittle419.
(e) has been co-sponsored by bloodyrebals.

2 - Amendments to the NPC Project Act

“5 - Maintaining the NPC Project
(1) Regulations shall be placed on materials sold to NPCs.

(d) Daily per player sell limits and the source of the money given by NPCs to players shall be regulated by the Ministry of Trade and Finance in conjunction with the Monetary Bureau and may be altered at any time.
(i) The NPCs may be utilized to print money at the discretion of the Monetary Bureau. In this case, the Monetary Bureau shall have the power to establish the daily sell limit.
(ii) If the Monetary Bureau has elected not to utilize the NPCs to print money, the money given to players from the NPCs must come from funds appropriated to the Ministry of Trade and Finance (GovCommerce)SCGovernment account. In this case, the Ministry of Trade and Finance shall have the power to establish the daily sell limit.”
