The Chief of Staff is the most senior aide to the Prime Minister. The Chief of Staff acts purely at the direction of the Prime Minister and must be able to withhold any confidential information they hear or read whilst serving. The Chief of Staff works directly with the Deputy Prime Minister and other Ministers to issue public policy as directed by the Prime Minister. The Chief of Staff is responsible for security classifications and supporting the administration in various projects.

The Chief of Staff reports directly to the Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister. It is expected that publicly, the Chief of Staff will support government decisions.

-What are your strengths and weaknesses: My strengths would be that i’m a communicator, administrator and political operator. I have a wealth of experience in politics both online but especially IRL. I’ll be able to add another voice for advocacy but also one of reason. My weaknesses stem from my timezone however, I’m most active in the morning and evening which aligns with GMT and EST well.
-Why do you want this position: I want to be able to be apart of real tangible change in the government and assisting in its operations to ensure productivity and efficiency. This would include being able to whip votes for the PM and DPM’s policy, bills and acts but also in ensuring it goes smoothly without worry.
-Why are you the best applicant for this role: My wealth of experience IRL especially in a political system identical to the nation in which I live.
-Do you have any prior leadership experience: Not in Statecraft, no. However, amongst Virtual Democracies online I have a wealth of experience and have learned many valuable insights and lessons from.

What are your strengths and weaknesses:
My key strengths include a strong work ethic, real-world political experience (having been actively involved in irl local and national elections since 2019), and a sharp legal mind developed through my work as a lawyer on DemocracyCraft. I have a solid grasp of legislative interpretation and can offer both creative and practical advice, especially when tough, common-sense decisions need to be made.

My main weakness was a past lapse in judgment when I exposed the server's seed, causing massive inconvenience to staff. However, I’ve taken full responsibility, learned from the mistake, and have since worked to rebuild trust and contribute meaningfully to both DemocracyCraft and StateCraft. (sorry)

Why do you want this position:
I want this role to prove that I’m committed to making a meaningful difference on the server. I believe my real-world skills directly align with the responsibilities of Chief of Staff—particularly in managing sensitive information (all I'll say on that )

Do you have any prior leadership experience:
Yes—both in real-world and online contexts. In real life, I’ve helped manage a team of canvassers during an election. There's also vast amounts of leadership exposure in my current job. On DemocracyCraft, I co-lead a burgeoning law firm, where I manage a team of seven subordinates. I oversee staff, assign cases, review legal work for quality, and help train new lawyers. I also step in for the Head of Legal when needed.

I am most familiar with the Westminster system of government, being based in the OG Constitutional Monarchy -

What are your strengths and weaknesses:
Having IRL experience working in the State Senate, the United States Senate, and also serving as President & CEO of a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization, as well as experience in the DC Senate with being an assistant to Senator Casey and also Representative Omega, I feel that my experience serves as my primary strength.

As far as weakness, I tend to be very forward with people, which can be seen as a benefit in some scenarios but typically finds me in hot water with individuals who are a bit more shy or non-vocal.

Why do you want this position:
I would like to get more involved on the server, specifically in parliament. There is kind of a lack of things to do on the server, specifically because the economy is in recession and I cannot apply for a judicial role due to my ongoing case against the Crown. It would be nice to be able to serve the government in any way while I make a living and have fun in the process!

Why are you the best applicant for this role:
I am easily the most experienced out of any applicant. I do not say that out of cockiness or to be mean, but simply put, I have worked in the field IRL and served as CEO of a non-profit organization, so I know a thing or two about managing staff, coordinating meetings, working on public policy, and more.

But also, I recognize this is a damn minecraft server man, I do not plan on coming out of my IRL shift and immediately clocking into some other part time job. I do my work on here in a fun and inclusive way that goes along with the RP aspect of the server itself.

Do you have any prior leadership experience:
Yes, President & CEO, President Pro Tempore of Senate, Commissioner, Panelist for Youth Children's Fund, don't wanna go too in depth because I will doxx myself. As far as in game, I lead my own law firm (solo-practice) as well as run my own campaigns and businesses on DC and StateCraft. Also I am in fact leading a case right now against the Crown as well as the lead member of the Illegitimate Royal Family of Alexandria (RISE UP!).

Republic on the American model, specifically with separate branches of power.
