I. Jurisdiction Statement and Venue
1. This court has jurisdiction over this suit pursuant to K.A Const III Art. 16
2. The Magistrate Court is the proper venue for this suit as the BUTT Act grants this court jurisdiction over bankruptcy proceedings. See §3 A.P. 04-043.
II. Parties
Aytha(Plaintiff), owed £6,325 (P-007 through P-009)
Komtosak(Plaintiff), £1,151 (P-010 through P-015)
LOU_4L (Plaintiff), owed £506 (P-016 through P-020)
Bernard_madoff (Plaintiff), owed £13,000
PaperBanker & da_realsammy (Respondent), who owe the Class £20,982
III. Facts
1. On June 21st, da_realsammy created an unregistered Financial Institution named PaperBanker and took deposits via items (See P-001 and P-002)
2. On June 27th, a bank run started on PaperBanker that drained all of its accounts.
3. On June 29th, PaperBanker only had £24.25, leaving several depositors unable to get their money (See P-003).
4. On July 12th, Consequences, Rebels and Associates attempted via multiple channels to contact and negotiate with da_realsammy on behalf of its clients, to no avail and with a quite belligerent response (See P-004 through P-006).
5. Without any further contact or attempts to make parties whole, the Depositor Class brings to levy against the respondent a debt totaling £20,982 to be paid immediately via bankruptcy.
IV. Relief
1. Due to the seriousness of this fraud and in order to protect depositor assets, we are requesting a Bankruptcy of the Highest Degree to include the following assets to be given to Consequences, Rebels and Associates on behalf of the Depositor Class to be auctioned and sold at a private event to raise funds to make them whole:
2. All items in da_realsammy’s inventory, vaulted chests, and any chests still in former residences/places of business belonging to da_realsammy: (cbd_007, Aurora20 at C-8-Elizabeth-st, etc.) See §7(5) A.P. 04-043.
3. The balances of all of da_realsammy’s personal balance and business balances, including but not limited to funds remaining in PaperBanker. See §7(4) A.P. 04-043.
4. All shares in Sanctum, and any other publicly traded companies that da_realsammy owns.
