Speaker of Parliament I move that this parliament create a bi-partisan committee to over see the upcoming elections, consisting of members of parliament, and supported by MOIA election staff, to draft a complete guide to the election process for use by MOIA to run and verify the election process.

I ask that this committee be chaired by Thritystone, with ThesStormcrafter as the ranking member.
