Pursuant to A.P. 03-029 | RBA Replacement Act §4(2)(f), Parliament considered a motion to merge the office of Secretary of Monetary Policy with the office of Minister of Trade and Finance.

Mr. Speaker,
I, Minister of Trade and Finance move to take action in pursuant to §4(2)(f) of the RBA Replacement Act which reads:

> (f) In dire circumstances the office of Secretary of Monetary Policy and its functions may temporarily be merged into the office of Minister of Trade and Finance to ensure an efficient and quick course of action against economic threats towards the nation of Alexandria and its citizens. This procedure must be approved by parliament through a three-quarter supermajority and may be reversed by a simple majority.

I move that the Office of Secretary of Monetary Policy and its functions be temporarily merged into the office of Minister of Trade and Finance.With the current state of the economy and its stagnation, along with the current lack of qualified personel and a playerbase to pull personel from, I think that we should merge the Monetary Office into the MoTF until such a time as it is set up and we can ensure its continued successful independent operation. I hope that by the end of this parliament we can appoint a Secretary of Monetary Policy to lead the office independently once it is fully established by the MoTF.
