Persuant to section 9-1-b, of the standing orders:

REASON & PURPOSE: On March 11th, Minister of Justice SoggehToast likely committed acts of police brutality and excessive force against new player Bernard_Madoff, brutalizing, beating and falsely imprisoning said new player. Parliament grants significant powers to the MOJ, because citizens trust that its officers will not abuse their position. to restore the public's trust, Parliament must open an investigation, and recommend proper punitive measures. This investigative comission shall scrutinise an official for potential misconduct.
