I have strong experience that fits both the player recruiter and marketeer roles. On servers like DemocracyCraft, I spent a lot of time around the political side of the community, interviewing candidates, talking with political figures, and building connections with people involved in government roles. That helped me develop a good understanding of how players think, what motivates them, and how to communicate with them effectively.

I’ve also helped recruit players into firms, giving me hands‑on experience bringing in active, reliable members. Along with that, I have real‑world marketing experience, which helps me promote, reach new audiences, and keep people engaged.
