MOTION TO ADOPT THE TEXT OF CONSTITUTION V2
Mr. Speaker,
It is time for the one true constitution drafted by the true P4ers to be enshrined in our laws.
The text shall be as follows:
THE CONSTITUTION

First…darkness. It was a desolate world. A hellscape. There was nothing but chaos and stagnation.
THEN
A light.
Page 2 of 6
The Monarch.
The Monarch was absolute and helped vanquish the chaos and stagnation. The Monarch was decisive and brought order and peace.
The Monarch was all powerful.

However, the Monarch did not want to rule without the consensus of their people-- or else chaos would once again take over.
To help them rule, the Monarch created a consensus government to help them create the rules and laws for their new society.

Between the Monarch and the consensus government were three guaranteed rights: life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
But who could be a member of this society?

However, changes to this society would have to be made to upkeep the society. Like an every changing organism, it would have to evolve to survive.
And thus, the Monarch granted the assembly the power to change the constitution through a majority

vote, subject to the Monarch's approval.
All the power granted to the legislature flows from the Monarch. Without the Monarch, there is nothing.
