DENIED.
The Ministry of Development regrets to inform you that we have decided to reject recognising these plots as merged for the following reasons:
The golden tunnel has a door opening to the Oracle building, which I believe is different than the last request. However, the MoD explicitly stated that such action "connecting" the two through the tunnel would still not be enough. The two plots are clearly separate, and the MoD will not recognise these two as a merged single plot.
If you have made progress onto fixing the problem, please reply in this thread rather than making a new post.
