DENIED.
The Ministry of Development regrets to inform you that we have decided to reject recognising these plots as merged for the following reasons:
The two builds are still distinctly separate from each other. The MoD will not recognise these plots as merged for the same reason as before, the gold tunnel is not a structure that will justify the merger of these plots.
If you have made progress onto fixing the problem, please reply in this thread rather than making a new post.
