The Ministry of Development regrets to inform you that we have decided to reject recognising these plots as merged for the following reasons:

The two builds are still distinctly separate from each other. We will not be recognising these as a merged plot until the plots have a structure justifying their merger.

If you have made progress onto fixing the problem, please reply in this thread rather than making a new post.
