Fund the government for the month of December 2025​

1 - About this Act
(1) This Act
(a) may be cited as the December 2025 Appropriations Act.​
(b) may be numbered as P.B.03-011.​
(c) shall be enacted immediately upon receiving assent from Her Majesty the Queen, or on December 1, 2025, whichever is later.​
(d) has been authored by Prime Minister Capt11543.​
(e) has been co-sponsored by Minister of Internal Affairs MrRoyaltys.​

2 - Government Balances as of 11/25/2025
(1) General Fund (SCGovernment) - £75,197.69

(2) Ministry of Justice (GovJustice) - £7,180.00

(3) Ministry of Trade and Finance (GovCommerce) - £7,500.00

(4) Ministry of Foreign Affairs (GovForeign) - £5,000.00

(5) Ministry of Development (GovDevelop) - £13,000.00

(6) Ministry of Welfare (GovEducation) - £17,525.25

(7) Ministry of Internal Affairs (GovInterior) - £13,250

(8) Total - £138,652.94

3 - Projected Revenues
(1) Taxation - £25,000

(2) Total - £25,000

4 - Appropriations Terms
(1) These appropriations shall be effective until a new appropriations bill is enacted.

5 - Appropriations
(1) Parliament hereby appropriates the following total budgets to each of the following accounts:
(a) General Fund (SCGovernment) - £30,000​
(b) Ministry of Justice (GovJustice) - £10,000​
(c) Ministry of Trade and Finance (GovCommerce) - £7,500​
(d) Ministry of Development (GovDevelop) - £25,000​
(e) Ministry of Foreign Affairs (GovForeign) - £5,000​
(f) Ministry of Welfare (GovEducation) - £30,000​
(g) Ministry of Internal Affairs (GovInterior) - £12,500​
(h) Monarch's Expenses (SCGovernment) - £3,000​
(i) Office of the Prime Minister (SCGovernment) - £2,000​
(j) Judiciary (SCGovernment) - £6,000​
(k) Parliament (GovLegislature) - £3,000​
(l) Total - £134,000​

(2) The appropriations in subsection (1) shall be achieved by pooling the funds from each account listed in subsection (1) and distributing the given amount to each account.
(a) The total expected amount appropriated to the SCGovernment account is £22,000.​
(b) Any discrepancies between the expected and actual appropriations shall be resolved by crediting or debiting the difference to the general fund.​
