Minister of Welfare Taelor
Moves to Pass The
Title Recognition Act

Parliament notes:
(1) It eliminate the possibility of accumulating large amounts of players given minor titles over time.
(2) It would cause players to engage in game and work harder to earn the titles every monarchy.
(3) It could be coupled with events that encourage player activity and retention to earn these titles. (I have some ideas for this pending.)
(4) It would better connect players with the monarchy.
(5) It will give recognition to those who have worked hard for the positions.
(6) It will also increase player engagement and retention in working to achieve that visible recognition.

Based on this, Parliament decides:
(1) To rename Knight to Paladin
(2) Have all titles of nobility expire at the end of a monarch's reign (aside from Paladin)
(3) Add in-game titles to royal positions

To fulfil this, Parliament projects the following expenses:
(1) None.

Further, Parliament projects the following administrative efforts:
(1) clerical efforts related to historical record keeping of positions.

To implement the above, Parliament passes:
