Through Their Member of Parliament PhillinDeBlanc
Moves to Pass
The Gambling De-Regulation Act

Parliament notes:
(1) A.P. 01-011 was a massive overcorrection which killed Alexandria’s Casino industry. We have no casinos to speak of— therefore this act is no longer required. If it ever come time for there to be gambling regulations, Parliament is empowered to enact a new (and hopefully much simpler) law to do so.

Based on this, Parliament decides:
(1) To repeal A.P. 01-011 (The GAMBLE Act) in its entirety.

To fulfill this, Parliament projects the following expenses:
(1) None.

Further, Parliament projects the following administrative efforts:
(1) None.

To implement the above, Parliament passes:

Mr. Speaker,
I, Member of Parliament, PhillinDeBlanc move to skip reading on P.B. 04-002. It would seem there is not much to discuss about this bill and it would seem nice and proper to let our members vote on it.
