Fix Playtime Requirements​

1 - About this Act
(1) This Act
(a) may be cited as ‘Playtime Requirement Fixes Act’ or ‘Playtime Act’
(b) may be numbered as P.B.04-004.
(c) shall be enacted when both of the following conditions are met:
(i) This Act has received royal assent from His Majesty the King.
(ii) The Activity Requirements Enabling Act has passed a Constitutional amendment referendum.
(d) has been authored by Member of Parliament PhillinDeBlanc.
(e) has been co-sponsored by Member of Parliament, McBrittle419 and Member of Parliament ConsequencesInc.

2 - Amendments to the Alexandrian Electoral Act
(1) §17(1)(b) is hereby reinstated.

(2) §17(2) shall now read:

"(2) To be eligible to participate in an election as a candidate (including as an independent candidate), an individual must:

(a) Be a citizen of the Kingdom of Alexandria.​

(b) Have at least 6 hours (6h) of playtime logged within the past 30 days (30d).​

(c) Have logged on within the last 7 days (7d).​

(d) Not be convicted of any crime, or otherwise subject to any legal penalty, which would bar said individual from serving in Parliament."​

Parliament notes:
(1) For the stability of our nation we must fix the playtime requirements as soon as possible.

Based on this, Parliament decides:
(1) To create playtime requirements for citizens and representatives.

To fulfil this, Parliament projects the following expenses:
(1) None.

Further, Parliament projects the following administrative efforts:
(1) The Ministry of Internal Affairs will be tasked with doing playtime checks.

To implement the above, Parliament passes:

(10) To maintain citizenship, a player must hold their active playtime above a 4 hour per 30 day threshold.
(a) During the election period, before polls open, MoIA shall run a citizen playtime check that revokes the citizenship of players below the threshold.

3 - Amendments to P.B. 00-023 Alexandrian Electoral Act

17 - Eligibility Requirements
(1) To be eligible to vote in an election, an individual must:

(b) Have at least 4 hours (4h) of playtime logged within the past 30 days (30d).

(2) To be eligible to participate in an election as a candidate (including as an independent candidate), an individual must:
(a) Meet the voter eligibility requirements set forth in subsection (1). Have at least 6 hours (6h) of playtime logged within the past 30 days (30d).
(b) Have a total of 6 hours (6h) of playtime logged. Be a citizen of the Kingdom of Alexandria.
(c) Not be convicted of any crime, or otherwise subject to any legal penalty, which would bar said individual from serving in Parliament.
(d) Have logged in within the last 7 days (7d).
(e) Maintain their playtime requirements through their term, exceptions to this rule can be made for LOA.

AMENDMENT 01
Should the associated Motion to Amend pass, the Playtime Requirements Fixes Act shall be amended in the manner described below.

§1(c) shall now read:

"(c) shall be enacted when both of the following conditions are met:

(i) This Act has received royal assent from His Majesty the King.​

(ii) The Activity Requirements Enabling Act has passed a Constitutional amendment referendum."​

§2 - Amendments to P.B.00-010 Immigration and Citizenship Act shall be struck.

§3 - Amendments to P.B. 00-023 Alexandrian Electoral Act shall now read:
