1 - About this Act
(1) This Act
(a) may be cited as ‘Playtime Requirement Fixes Act’ or ‘Playtime Act’
(b) may be numbered as P.B.04-004.
(c) shall be enacted immediately upon being publicly assented.
(d) has been authored by Member of Parliament PhillinDeBlanc.
(e) has been co-sponsored by Member of Parliament, McBrittle419 and Member of Parliament ConsequencesInc.

(10) To maintain citizenship, a player must hold their active playtime above a 4 hour per 30 day threshold.
(a) During the election period, before polls open, MoIA shall run a citizen playtime check that revokes the citizenship of players below the threshold.

17 - Eligibility Requirements
(1) To be eligible to vote in an election, an individual must:

(b) Have at least 4 hours (4h) of playtime logged within the past 30 days (30d).
(2) To be eligible to participate in an election as a candidate (including as an independent candidate), an individual must:
(a) Meet the voter eligibility requirements set forth in subsection (1). Have at least 6 hours (6h) of playtime logged within the past 30 days (30d).
(b) Have a total of 6 hours (6h) of playtime logged. Be a citizen of the Kingdom of Alexandria.
(c) Not be convicted of any crime, or otherwise subject to any legal penalty, which would bar said individual from serving in Parliament.
(d)Have logged in within the last 7 days (7d).
(e) Member of Parliament must maintain their playtime requirements through their term, exceptions to this rule can be made for LOA.
