Amend the R.E.A.L.T.O.R. Act​

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Realtor Fix Act'.
(2) This Act may be numbered P.B. 04-024.
(3) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(4) This Act has been authored by Prime Minister McBrittle419.
(5) This Act has been co-sponsored by BubbaNak.

2 - Amendments to Other Acts
(1) The following amendments shall be made to the R.E.A.L.T.O.R. Act.

“4 - Realtor Profession
(1) Players who are Realtors may own up to three (3) more residential or commercial plots than the standard player total.

1. The plot limit for non-Realtors shall be five plots of any kind (e.g., C, R, RC, etc.).
2. Realtors owning more than five plots must declare which properties are awaiting development or resale.”

The Realtor Fix Act​

Parliament notes:
(1) The power to regulate plot limits should be in the hands of the MoD through MoD policy.
(2) Currently, MoD policy already goes against this law.
(3) The second point is unnecessary as the intent is accomplished through the remainder of section 4 in the R.E.A.L.T.O.R. Additionally, this aspect of the law has not been enforced by the MoD up to this point and the MoD currently has no method of enforcing it already set in place.

Based on this, Parliament decides:
(1) To implement the Realtor Fix Act.

To fulfil this, Parliament projects the following expenses:
(1) None.

Further, Parliament projects the following administrative efforts:
(1) The Ministry of Development will enforce existing policy regarding plot limits.
(2) The Ministry of Development will develop policy to support the R.E.A.L.T.O.R. Act surrounding regulating Realtor licenses.

To implement the above, Parliament passes:
