Based on this, Parliament decides:
(1) To amend the constitution.

To fulfill this, Parliament projects the following expenses:

Fix the Constitution​

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act
(a) may be cited as ‘Constitution Fixes Act’.
(b) may be numbered as P.B.04-035.
(c) shall be enacted upon being publicly assented.
(d) has been authored by Minister of Foreign Affairs, PhillinDeBlanc.
(e) has been co-sponsored by Minster of Trade and Finance, BubbaNak.

1. Every citizen has The right to run for and hold elected offices. Parliament may by law establish reasonable activity requirements for running in elections and maintaining elected offices.​

13. Every player has The right to be informed of the reason for a subpoena, detention, charge, or arrest made against them.​
